In the Environment category, grants are provided to organisations that directly engage communities in on-ground activities that address local environmental issues and raise awareness about ways they can reduce their carbon emissions.
Examples of such projects may include:
- Initiatives that preserve or regenerate significant natural assets
- Energy, waste and water reduction projects
