When you call

When you call, please have the following information available:

• Your registration number
• Your policy number if you have it
• The driver's details
• An incident report number from the police (if they were involved)
• The other party's details if relevant

What happens next

1. You will be contacted by an experienced claims consultant within 24 hours of lodging your claim.
2. You will be asked to get a quote for the damage from a repairer of your choice. You may wish to contact one of our assessors if you have any difficulties locating a suitable repairer or determining what type of repairs are needed.
3. Once you have a quote, you will be asked to forward it to the claims department along with any digital photos, if available.
4. Our experienced claims assessors will then determine if the claim can be settled by a digital assessment, or if a specialised assessor will need to do an inspection.
