Making a claim online is easy and if your car needs to be repaired or assessed you are able to choose one our partner repairers or  notify us of your preference to choose your own repairer at the time of submitting your claim. This all helps to get your car back on the road as soon as possible. We even offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of authorised repairs for extra peace of mind.

If you have not previously registered for Self Service Centre, you will you need your policy number (found on your Policy documents). Register now to make a claim

What happens next

If we accept your claim, then:

  You will receive an email and/or a sms with your claim number and be advised of the excess payable

  You can locate and choose a partner repairer in your area suitable to repair your type of car

  We can arrange for your car to be towed (if required) to a partner repairer where our trade qualified assessor can oversee the repair process

  We offer a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship of authorised repairs

  If you are registered for Self Centre, you will be able to track the progress of your claim online
