Taking care of claims
Your Third Party Insurance (TPI) covers you for personal injury claims made against you by other road users, as a result of an accident. It is compulsory insurance and the TPI premium is included in your registration payment. TPI covers personal injury, not property damage. We can also help you make a claim if you are the party injured by another road user. Third Party Insurance schemes are owned by the ACT Government. NRMA Insurance currently manages TPI claims and TPI premiums.
