Security for your business
Do you know what sorts of crimes affect businesses in your area? Most importantly, do you know what steps you can take to reduce the risk of becoming a victim of crime?
We offer you practical hands-on help through BizSafe - a security risk and management program for small business that we've developed together with police forces across Australia.
Did you know?
- Nearly half of all businesses become the victim of crime. Burglary is the most common, followed by shoplifting*.
- Service stations and liquor outlets experience the highest percentage of crimes against small business, followed by general stores, newsagents and pharmacies*.
- A minority of businesses, repeatedly targeted, account for a large proportion of all crimes*.
