Temporary branch and kiosk closures
What is changing?
To help keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, we’ve temporarily closed some branches and kiosks.
Even if your branch is closed, there are other ways to manage your policies. Instead of going to a branch, you can:
- Log in or register to manage your policies online
- Find other ways to make payments (including online and over the phone)
- Make a car or home claim online
- Book an online video appointment in English, Mandarin or Cantonese
- Call us for help on 132 132 (7am–10pm).
Which branches are open?
Many branches are still open.
We've added several safety measures in our branches. These include limiting the number of people in the branch at once, keeping social distance, offering hand sanitiser, and adding protection screens at our counters.
Remember, we need your help to keep everyone safe. If you're not feeling well, or if you've been travelling in the last 14 days, please don't go to the branch. Call the branch on their number below, or use one of our online options.
