Free and confidential counselling

If you need someone to talk to, counselling could help you and your family.

To arrange counselling:

  2. Have an initial discussion with a specialist to talk about the kind of help you might want
  3. Book a time to speak to a psychologist, either in person or over the phone.

All the counselling you receive through this service is delivered by a qualified team of experienced psychologists. All your sessions are confidential.

We’ll provide up to four one-hour sessions for each family member who needs it.

You don’t need to make a claim to use this service, you just need to have a current policy with us.
