NRMA Business Insurance and Prospa Loans - $250 Online Voucher Offer - Terms and Conditions

  1. The offer is available on any new small business loan approved by Prospa Advance Pty Ltd (Prospa) to an NRMA Business Insurance customer (Eligible Product) before this offer ends. This offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
  2. The offer is not available on any other product including any NRMA Insurance policy
  3. Whether Prospa issue a loan and on what terms, is subject to Prospa’s normal credit approval criteria and practices
  4. The offer is only available where the Eligible Product is applied for over the Internet and is not available over the telephone or in-store
  5. The following digital vouchers are available to be claimed under the offer (Voucher):
    1. $250 JB HiFi voucher;
    2. $250 Freedom voucher;
    3. $250 Red Balloon voucher; or
    4. $250 Flight Centre voucher

Only one of the above vouchers will be provided per Eligible Product

  1. To be eligible to claim a Voucher, claimants must:
    1. be an Australian resident with an Australian residential address aged 18 years old or over;
    2. apply for an Eligible Product using the link to Prospa’s website on the NRMA Insurance website;
    3. have had their loan approved and paid into their nominated bank account; and
    4. visit the Voucher claim website using the link which is provided in the email confirmation sent within fourteen (14) business days of approval of an Eligible Product, accurately input the the unique claim code and email address, make a Voucher selection and submit the completed form within 90 days of receipt of the email confirmation (Voucher Claim)
  2. If NRMA Insurance requires any further information in order to validate a submitted Voucher Claim, NRMA Insurance will inform the claimant by email, who will then have fourteen (14) days from the date of the notification email to provide the requested information to NRMA Insurance, unless expressly stated otherwise in the notification email. NRMA Insurance reserves the right to invalidate a claim code if a claimant fails to provide the further requested information within fourteen (14) days of the notification email
  3. NRMA Insurance reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of a Voucher Claim and claimants (including identity, age, place of residence, policy and purchase details) and to disqualify any claimant who submits a Voucher Claim that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the Voucher Claim process
  4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Voucher Claims will be deemed invalid. Claimants are responsible for ensuring their correct contact email address and any other personal information is provided and any updated details are notified to NRMA Insurance. NRMA Insurance accepts no responsibility should a claimant fail to receive their Voucher due to a failure to notify correct details or of a change to those details.
  5. To receive a Voucher, claimants must have a valid email address and computer software to open a PDF document file. Claimants are responsible for downloading and securely storing the Voucher. For specific Voucher terms and conditions, please refer to the applicable retailer’s website and the issued Voucher
  6. Claimants should allow up to fourteen (14) business days from the date of submitting their Voucher Claim to receive their Voucher at their nominated email address
  7. If for any reason the Voucher selected by a claimant is unavailable, NRMA Insurance in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Voucher with a voucher of equal value
  8. Vouchers are not transferable or exchangeable and can only be issued in the name of the NRMA Insurance customer that purchased the Eligible Product. Lost or stolen Vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. The bearer of the Voucher will be taken to be the owner of the Voucher
  9. NRMA Insurance is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the offer, a Voucher Claim or taking or using a Voucher and claimants release NRMA Insurance from any such liability
  10. NRMA Insurance is not liable for any additional costs associated with a Voucher Claim or taking or using a Voucher and any expense incurred beyond the Voucher amount will be the responsibility of the claimant
