Business interruption claims
If your business has been affected by COVID-19 and you have business interruption cover, talk to us about making a claim on 132 818.
There have been two test cases in relation to business interruption cover and COVID-19 impacts. Information about these test cases is available on the Insurance Council of Australia’s website.

Log in to your account then:
- Select Contact details
- Find the About me section and select Edit
- Enter your new name and title then select Update details.
For property insured in SA, WA and the NT
Contact us to update your name.
For property insured in NSW, QLD, ACT and TAS
- Log in to your account
- Select View policy
- Under Go to my... click Cover summary
To learn more about the specific cover of an item, simply click on it.
For property insured in SA, WA and the NT
- Log in to your account
- Select the relevant policy and choose View Policy
- Select See more details.
Scroll down and click on an item to learn more about the specific cover.
For property insured in NSW, QLD, ACT and TAS
We're making it quick and easy to log in.
You no longer have to remember a username and password. Choose to get a Single Use Code sent to your mobile and we'll provide you with a 6-digit code to quickly access your account.
If you prefer to log in with a username and password, your username is your email address. If you're still having issues logging in, select Forgot username, fill in the blanks and we'll send you a reminder.
If you've forgotten your password, select Reset password and enter your email address. We'll send you an email with a link to reset your password. If you don't receive the reset email, be sure to check your junk folder.
You can also update your username and password in your account at any time:
- Select Contact details from the top dashboard
- Select Change username/password
- Follow the prompts.

Get a code via email or reset your password:
- Enter your email or mobile number and choose Next
- Select Forgot password?
- Choose Reset your password or Log in with email verification code instead
- Select Next
- Check your inbox and follow the prompts to reset your password or enter the 6-digit single use verification code then click Log in.
You can also update your username and password in your account at any time:
- Select Account from the top of the dashboard
- Go to Manage details
- Select Reset your password or Update your email & mobile.
