• Explaining the difference between our products and finding insurance products to suit your needs
• Taking payments and renewing existing policies
• Making changes to your policy, including adding riders and changing the address where your Motorcycle or Scooter is kept
• Assisting with coverage enquiries
• Calculating discounts on policies held.
