What's included in my cover?
New replacement
If your caravan is less than two years old and we agree to pay your claim as a total loss, then we may choose to replace it with a new one.
Theft, vandalism and accidental damage
We cover your caravan for loss or damage caused by theft, vandalism or accidental damage, up to the agreed value of your policy.
Fire and storm
We cover your caravan for loss or damage caused by fire or storm, up to the agreed value of your policy.
Flood, rainwater run-off and storm surge
We cover your caravan for loss or damage caused by flood, rainwater run-off and storm surge up to the agreed value of your policy1.
Personal items
We pay up to $1,000 for contents inside your caravan that are lost or damaged, as a result of an incident we cover.
Liability cover
We provide up to $20 million liability cover if use of your caravan causes property damage, death or injury to another person.
Emergency repairs
We cover up to $1,0002 for emergency repairs that you need to arrange as a result of an incident we cover.
Temporary accommodation
We pay your reasonable temporary accommodation costs up to $100 a day, up to a maximum of $4,000 if we agree you can't live in your permanent residence as a result of an incident we cover.
Food spoilage
We pay up to $5003 for the cost to replace food in your caravan or annexe (if your annexe is covered) that's spoiled as a result of an incident we cover.

What if I need to make emergency repairs?
If we agree to pay your claim and you've made emergency repairs to your caravan or annexe as a result of an incident, we'll cover up to $500 without any prior agreement between you and us.
Ensure you keep your receipts for all repairs so we can reimburse you.
What contents are insured?
You're automatically covered for items you or a family member owns, including:
- Carpets or household goods
- CDs, DVDs, tapes, records, game cartridges and discs, up to $1,000 in total
- Clothing and personal belongings
- Tools, including ones you or your family use in a trade or profession, up to $1,000 in total
- Furniture and furnishings
- Furs, curios, works of art and items containing gold or silver (other than jewellery, medals or coins) up to $500 in total
- Jewellery and watches, up to $1,000 in total
- Entertainment systems, stereos and televisions.
The most we'll pay is $1,000 for any single item.

What does new for new replacement mean?
If we consider your caravan to be a total loss within its first two years, and we've agreed to pay your claim, we may choose to replace it with one that's the same make and model if it's available in Australia.
