As an alternative to paying your claim with cash, we now offer a range of digital store cards. Choose from electrical, sporting, clothing, travel, cinema, groceries and more.
Select one or more store cards, up to the value of your claim. The amount on each store card must be $100 or more. So, if you have $100 or less remaining on your claim, we'll send the rest to your chosen bank account.

If you haven't chosen a card from our website, call 1300 317 530 to cancel your order.
Once you've chosen a card it's emailed to you and can't be cancelled.
Once you've selected a retailer, we'll send you a confirmation email so you can redeem your store card. Please remember to check your junk mail too.
