How can I change my number plate details?

For policies in NSW, QLD, TAS and the ACT first purchased before 21 April 2024 and not yet renewed, or last renewed before 1 July 2024:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click View policy
3. Scroll down to Plate number
4. Click Edit
5. Enter the new number plate and the date you would like the change to be effective from
6. Click Continue
7. Click Update my policy
8. Click Return to Dashboard.

For all other policies:

1. Log in to your account
2. Click View policy
3. Select View all details
4. Click Edit car details
5. Enter the date you want the change to take effect
6. Update your rego and/or VIN number
7. Click Submit.
