NRMA Business Insurance Online Offer – Terms and Conditions

  1. The Online Offer is available on new NRMA Business Insurance policies with a New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland, Tasmanian, South Australian, Western Australian or Northern Territory risk address purchased online via the NRMA Insurance website via www.insuranceonline.nrma.com.au/business-insurance-quote before the offer ends (Eligible Product). The Online Offer is not available for new Eligible Policies purchased over the telephone or in-store.

  1. The Online Offer is not available on any other NRMA Insurance policy including:

    a. Motor Trade Insurance

    b. Farm Insurance

    c. Professional Indemnity Insurance

    d. Information and Communications Technology Liability Insurance

  1. You can save up to 10% on the first year’s 'base premium' when you purchase a new Eligible Product online (the Online Offer). The base premium doesn't include any government or statutory charges. You will only get a discount on your first year's premium. Discounts only apply until you reach a minimum base premium, so your discount might be limited by the minimum base premium (in which case the discount under this Online Offer may be significantly less than 10%). If your base premium is $220 (the minimum base premium) you will not receive a discount under this Online Offer.

  1. To be eligible for the Online Offer, you must purchase an Eligible Product online via the NRMA Insurance website www.insuranceonline.nrma.com.au/business-insurance-quote, and:

    a. for annual policies, pay the annual premium online with a Visa or Mastercard at the time of purchase; or

    b. for pay-by-the-month policies, provide accurate bank account, Visa or Mastercard details online at the time of purchase.

  1. Whether we issue a policy and on what terms, is subject to our normal underwriting criteria and practices.
  1. If we are prepared to renew the Eligible Product, the Online Offer will not apply to the renewal and the renewal policy and premium will be based on our normal underwriting criteria and practices and pricing arrangements. When we calculate your premium on renewal, we may also limit any increases or decreases by considering factors like your previous year’s premium.
  1. The Online Offer does not apply to any existing NRMA Insurance policy.

  1. If more than one discount applies to your policy we will apply the discounts in a predetermined order, with any second (or otherwise subsequent) discount being applied to the already discounted premium.
