How to redeem the MYOB offer

Step 1

If you are not already an NRMA Business Insurance customer, buy a new NRMA Business Insurance policy online, over the phone or at a branch – and remember that you’ll need to be opted in to receiving marketing from NRMA Insurance, so we can email you with details on how to access the MYOB discounts.

Step 2

Receive an email with details on how to take up the MYOB discounts. For new NRMA Business Insurance customers, you will receive this within 14 days of taking out your new NRMA Business Insurance policy. If you’re an existing NRMA Business Insurance customer with an eligible policy, you will receive an email within the first two months of the offer period.

Step 3

The email will contain a link that will take you to the MYOB website for full details. Follow the instructions on the page to set up your MYOB subscription. Read the full terms and conditions.

What is the MYOB offer?

How long will the MYOB offer be available for?

The offer will be available from 28 November 2025 until 10 November 2026.

Things you should know

  1. You can save up to 10% on the ‘base premium’ for the first year when you purchase an eligible new NRMA Business Insurance policy online. The base premium is the premium we have calculated but does not include any government or statutory charges. Any discounts only apply until you reach a minimum premium, so your discount might be limited by the minimum premium (in which case the discount applied may be significantly below the maximum advertised discount). If your base premium is $220 (the minimum base premium for NRMA Business Insurance) you will not receive a discount under this Business Insurance Online Offer. This offer is available on eligible products only, excludes Motor Trade Insurance, Professional Indemnity Insurance, Information and Communications Technology Liability Insurance. The offer may be withdrawn at any time and is subject to its full terms and conditions. When we calculate your premium on renewal, we may limit any increases or decreases in your renewal premium by considering factors like your previous year’s premium. Cover is subject to standard underwriting and policy terms.

Discounts on the base subscription for 12 months of MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro or Solo by MYOB are available for NRMA Business Insurance customers who are new or returning MYOB customers in Australia. See full offer T&Cs at MYOB before purchase. Additional charges apply for the use of optional Premium Features, including Payroll, Online Invoice Payments and Premium Inventory. Applications for Solo by MYOB’s Tap to Pay feature are subject to approval and additional fees: $0.30 (incl GST) per transaction + 1.6% of the total invoice.
