Business Insurance PayRewards Offer – Terms and Conditions – NSW, ACT, QLD, SA, NT, TAS & WA only

The PayRewards points Business Insurance Offer Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between us and you and include terms that limit NRMA Insurance’s liability for certain types of loss or damage and permit NRMA Insurance to disclose your personal information to third parties (in accordance with the NRMA Insurance Privacy Policy). You will need to accept these Terms and Conditions to continue to participate in this Offer.

  1. These terms and conditions (“Offer Terms and Conditions”) apply to the NRMA Insurance PayRewards Points Business Insurance Offer (“Offer”). Eligible Recipients (see paragraph 3) agree to be bound by these Offer Terms and Conditions.

  2. The promoter is Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722, trading as NRMA Insurance (Level 9, Tower Two, Darling Park, 201 Sussex Street, Sydney NSW 2000) (“Promoter” or “NRMA Insurance”). The Promoter has engaged Pay.com.au Limited (ABN 75 639 316 546) (“pay.com.au”) solely for the offer and fulfilment of the PayRewards points. (see paragraph 15).
  1. Subject to these Offer Terms and Conditions, for the Offer to apply, a person will be eligible for the Offer “an Eligible Recipient” if they:

a. take out a new Eligible Policy during the Offer Period (see paragraphs 4 and 5);

i. online at www.nrma.com.au/business-insurance,

ii. over the phone by calling 132 818; or

iii. in-store at an NRMA branch or agency;

b. provide the applicable promotional code REWARD (“Promo Code”) during the Offer Period (see paragraph 4) when taking out a New Eligible Policy (see paragraph 5) by:

i. entering it into the relevant field within the NRMA Insurance online quote flow;

ii. mentioning it over web chat,

iii. mentioning it over the phone; or

iv. mentioning it in-store at an NRMA branch or agency; and

c. otherwise satisfy the Entry Requirements (see paragraph 7).

  1. This Offer commences at 12am AEST on 18 May 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (“Offer Period”).
  1. This Offer is available:

a. on new NRMA Business Insurance, NRMA Professional Indemnity Insurance, and NRMA Information and Communications Technology Liability Insurance policies taken out online at www.nrma.com.au/business-insurance, in-store at an NRMA branch or agency or over the phone by calling 132 818 only (each an “Eligible Policy”); and

b. in conjunction with a new Eligible Policy for insured assets located in New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS) or Northern Territory (NT), Victoria (VIC). Assets to be insured that do not have their risk addresses located in New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA), Tasmania (TAS) or Northern Territory (NT), Victoria (VIC) are not eligible for this Offer.

  1. This Offer is not available on any other NRMA Insurance policy, including:

a. Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance;

b. Comprehensive Car Insurance;

c. Comprehensive Plus Car Insurance;

d. Comprehensive Basics Car Insurance;

e. Third Party Fire and Theft Car Insurance;

f. Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance;

g. Veteran, Vintage and Classic Car Insurance;

h. Home Building Plus Insurance;

i. Home Building Standard Insurance;

j. Home Contents Plus Insurance;

k. Home Contents Standard Insurance;

l. Home Building and Contents Standard Insurance;

m. Home Building and Contents Plus Insurance;

n. Landlord Insurance;

o. Motorhome Insurance;

p. Trailer Insurance;

q. Caravan Insurance;

r. Boat Insurance;

s. Travel Insurance;

t. Residential Strata Insurance; and

u. Motorcycle and Scooter Insurance.

  1. Eligible Recipients must meet all of the following entry requirements to qualify for participation in the Offer:

a. the Eligible Recipient must take out a new Eligible Policy during the Offer Period

i. online at www.nrma.com.au/business-insurance and enter the Promo Code into the relevant field within the NRMA Insurance online quote flow or web chat;

ii. over the phone and mention the Promo Code; or

iii. in-store at an NRMA branch or agency and mention the Promo Code,

b. the Eligible Policy must be paid for on or before the Eligible Policy’s payment due date as stated on the Certificate of Insurance. Where the Eligible Policy is paid for on a pay-by-the-month basis, the first instalment (which, in some cases, will be equivalent to a double instalment) must be successfully paid in full on or before the Eligible Policy’s payment due date as stated on the Certificate of Insurance (in all cases, the “First Insurance Payment”);

c. the Eligible Policy must not be cancelled within 30 days from making the First Insurance Payment;

d. the Eligible Recipient must provide a valid email address in connection with the purchase of an Eligible Policy (see paragraph 16 for further details), and

e. the Eligible Recipient must be an existing member or have validly signed up to the pay.com.au rewards platform via the following link: https://au.multisite.content.varklin.com/payrewards/discover-and-join/ (Offer Sign-up Page)* within 45 days of purchasing the Eligible Policy and comply with pay.com.au’s Platform Terms and Conditions and PayRewards Terms and Conditions, (“together, the "Entry Requirements”).

*Eligible Recipients who sign-up for pay.com.au but do not sign-up via the Offer Sign-up Page, will not be eligible for this Offer.

  1. Under this Offer, Eligible Recipients will receive 20,000 PayRewards points from pay.com.au if they have met all the Entry Requirements.
  1. Limit of one (1) allocation of 20,000 PayRewards points per Eligible Policy and or Eligible Customer. The Promo Code can only be applied once per Eligible Policy.
  1. This Offer does not impact any offers, points, rewards and benefits that you may be eligible for in connection with the NRMA Insurance Help Hub Rewards Program.
  1. This Offer can be used in conjunction with the NRMA Business Insurance Online Offer (if applicable) when Eligible Policies under this Offer are taken out online during the Offer Period. Refer to the NRMA Business Insurance Online Offer terms and conditions (https://www.nrma.com.au/business-insurance-online-offer-terms-and-conditions) for more information.
  1. Subject to paragraphs 10 and 11, this Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or other specials, including any offer made available by pay.com.au. However, for the avoidance of doubt, any discount amounts referred to in the relevant Premium, Excess and Discount Guide will still apply to Eligible Policies.
  1. This Offer does not apply to existing NRMA Insurance policies (including any amendments or renewals). If a customer decides to take advantage of this Offer by taking out a new Eligible Policy, they should do so having regard to their own financial situation, objectives and needs and the terms, cover and premium of the new Eligible Policy.
  1. Whether NRMA Insurance issues a policy and on what terms is subject to NRMA Insurance’s normal underwriting criteria and practices.
  1. By taking out a new Eligible Policy during the Offer Period and otherwise meeting the Entry Requirements, the Eligible Recipient agrees:

a. to receiving an email (to the email address referenced in paragraph 7.d) with instructions and the Offer Sign-up Link (whether from NRMA Insurance or pay.com.au or their agents); and

b. that such email will not contain an unsubscribe link.

  1. Communications about the redemption and fulfillment of the offer will be sent to the email address of the primary contact person for the Eligible Policy. In the event an Eligible Recipient does not satisfy paragraph 7.d of the Entry Requirements at the time of taking out the Eligible Policy, such Eligible Recipient will have up to 30 days to provide or update their email address to NRMA Insurance from the date they take out their Eligible Policy. Email addresses can be updated by the Eligible Recipient, within the 30-day time period, by contacting NRMA Insurance on 132 818. Email address provided to NRMA in satisfaction of paragraph 7.d of the Entry Requirements must match the email address used for pay.com.au PayRewards account already held or opened by the Eligible Recipient in satisfaction of paragraph 7.e.
  1. Once an Eligible Recipient has satisfied the Entry Requirements in paragraph 7, NRMA or pay.com.au will email the Eligible Recipient’s nominated email address within 45 days after the date the First Insurance Payment is made, to confirm that they have qualified for participation in the Offer. PayRewards points will automatically be allocated to the Eligible Recipient’s PayRewards account within ten (10) business days of the date of the email.
  1. Each Eligible Recipient acknowledges that they must comply with, and the issue and use of PayRewards points is subject to Pay.com.au’s terms and conditions, which include the full Platform terms and conditions found here and full PayRewards terms and conditions found here (“collectively PayRewards Terms of Use”). Each Eligible Recipient also acknowledges that:

a. the PayRewards points are not transferable or exchangeable except as provided in the PayRewards Terms of Use;

b. the PayRewards points are not redeemable for cash;

c. the PayRewards points will expire in accordance with the expiry terms in the PayRewards Terms of Use;

d. pay.com.au retains discretion as to who can sign up for the PayRewards platform; and

e. any dispute about goods or services purchased with the PayRewards points should be resolved with pay.com.au directly and in accordance with the PayRewards Terms of Use and not with NRMA Insurance.

  1. EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW (IN WHICH CASE THAT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM ALLOWABLE BY LAW), AND SUBJECT TO CLAUSES 20 AND 21, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $150. EXCEPT FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED BY LAW (IN WHICH CASE THAT LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MINIMUM ALLOWABLE BY LAW), PAY.COM.AU EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF THIS OFFER, SAVE FOR IN RESPECT OF FULFILLMENT OF PAYREWARDS POINTS.
  1. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NRMA INSURANCE (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS) EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.
  1. NRMA Insurance is not liable for any tax liability incurred by an Eligible Recipient as a result of their participation in the Offer.
  1. Nothing in these Offer Terms and Conditions restrict, exclude, modify or purport to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth).
  1. For the avoidance of doubt, clauses 19 to 20 do not modify or otherwise affect NRMA Insurance’s potential liability under any insurance policies NRMA Insurance may enter into with you, including Eligible Policies entered into pursuant to this Offer.

  1. Once the PayRewards points are allocated, NRMA Insurance will not be responsible for and will be discharged for any delay or failure to deliver the PayRewards points under the Offer.
  1. NRMA Insurance or pay.com.au is not responsible for any undelivered emails due to an Eligible Recipient’s spam filters or email settings.
  1. To determine an Eligible Recipient’s eligibility for the Offer, NRMA Insurance may request, at its discretion (acting reasonably), proof of identity, residency and eligibility. In the event that an Eligible Recipient cannot provide suitable proof, they may forfeit the Offer in whole and no substitute will be offered. NRMA Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any person that seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this Offer.
  1. NRMA Insurance (subject to State and Territory legislation) reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Offer in circumstances where an event beyond the reasonable control of NRMA Insurance corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer.
  1. Personal information is being collected by pay.com.au and NRMA Insurance for the purpose of conducting and promoting this Offer, and to assist NRMA Insurance to improve its services. By accepting these Offer Terms and Conditions, each Eligible Recipient consents to the storage and use of their personal information by pay.com.au in accordance with its privacy policy (at https://pay.com.au/privacy-policy/) and by NRMA Insurance in accordance with its privacy policy (at www.nrma.com.au/privacy). If the personal information is not provided, you may not be able to participate in this Offer. Each privacy policy also contains information about how individuals may access, update or correct their information, how individuals may complain about the treatment of their personal information, and how each of NRMA Insurance and/or pay.com.au (as applicable) will deal with such a complaint.
