I need to make urgent repairs to my caravan or trailer. Can you help?

We pay up to $800 for reasonable emergency repair costs you need to make, so that your caravan is safe to use or tow. We'll also pay the cost for your caravan or trailer to be towed from the incident scene to a repairer or safe place.

We pay the cost of towing your damaged caravan. We must agree to pay the costs of the towing before they are incurred.

We'll pay reasonable accommodation costs if your holiday caravan can't be used or lived in and you're more than 100km from your home (up to $1,000).

Or, if you have advised us you permanently live in your caravan, we can agree to cover temporary accommodation costs (up to $125 per day, up to $5,000) while your caravan is repaired or until your claim is settled (whichever comes first).

Yes, your policy covers your caravan or trailer anywhere in Australia.

Yes, you can claim up to $800 for emergency repairs to your car if they're needed to make it safe to drive, and are the result of a covered incident. This applies to Comprehensive, Comprehensive Basics and Third Party Fire and Theft.

If you have Comprehensive Plus Insurance, you can claim up to $1,000.

This benefit isn't available with Third Party Property Damage Insurance.

Yes you can.

The calculation guide that's provided is a guide only. It's up to you to make sure your home and contents are insured for their full replacement value.

However, if you insure your home or contents for more than the cost to repair, replace or rebuild, we only pay the actual costs of repairing, replacing or rebuilding.
