Is my house covered for storm damage?

Yes, we cover damage caused by storms and weather, for example:

  • Flood
  • Cyclone or tornado
  • Rain
  • Thunderstorm
  • Hail or snow
  • Severe winds.

To be covered, your house must have been structurally sound, watertight and well maintained before the damage occurred.

If your home is unliveable because of an incident we cover, we'll pay for temporary accommodation for you and your family.

If you think you need to relocate, call us on 131 123 anytime, 24/7.
