Yes. If you want to see what your individual policies cover, you can log into your account and select the policy you're interested in.

You can check whether your payment has cleared by logging into your online account.

For policies in NSW, QLD, TAS and the ACT first purchased before 21 April 2024 and not yet renewed, OR policies in NSW, QLD, TAS and the ACT last renewed before 1 July 2024

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Select Payments
  3. Follow the steps provided

For all other policies

  1. Log in to your online account
  2. Select View Policy
  3. Under Payment Plan select See Payment Schedule

It's important to know if your policies are current, paid and up to date. If not, you may not be covered. To make sure a policy is current:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Look to see if your policy is listed
  3. See if it's marked cancelled or inactive.

If you can't see your policy – or it's cancelled or inactive – you may not be covered. Contact us immediately.

Unpaid policies might still be listed, even if you're no longer covered. Make sure your policies are paid on time, so you don't lose coverage.
