Where's my closest branch and what are the opening hours?

We cover anyone who drives your car, even if you haven't listed them on your policy.¹

However, your excess may be affected if a driver isn’t listed.

• An additional excess (known as an undisclosed driver excess) applies where a driver is 25 years of age or older and is not listed on your policy
• A higher additional excess (known as an undisclosed driver age excess) applies if the unlisted driver is under 25 years of age
• You won't have to pay either of these additional excesses if the driver is listed on your policy.

Special note for learner drivers:

You don't need to list learner drivers on your policy. Instead, we base any excess related to a claim when the vehicle was driven by a learner driver on the excess of the supervising driver. This excess may be higher if the supervising driver is not listed on your policy.

If you change your address then you need to tell us.

If you want to update the address of your contents or your mailing address, you can do this by:

• Logging in to your account
• Calling us on 132 132
• Visiting your local branch

If you need to change the address of your building that's insured, please contact us on 132 132.

Provided all the information matches with Service NSW's records, it can take up to an hour for your payment details to be transferred electronically. This is known as an Electronic Green Slip, or e-Green.

After you get your Green Slip from us, we suggest you wait an hour before contacting Service NSW to complete your registration.

Cover notes are temporary insurance contracts that are offered until a full insurance policy is issued.

We don't offer cover notes. However, if you take out a policy with us, we provide a 21 day cooling off period in case you change your mind.
