How to get your 20,000 PayRewards Points

Step 1

Purchase a new eligible business insurance policy online, over the phone or at a branch between 18 May 2026 and 30 June 2026.

Step 2

Apply the promo code REWARD in the promo code field on the ‘Business details’ page online, or mention the promo code via web chat, over the phone or at the branch or agency.

Step 3

To be eligible make your first policy payment by the payment due date on your Certificate of Insurance.

You’ll receive an email after you have purchased your policy with instructions and a link to sign up to PayRewards Offer | Earn PayRewards Points Reward platform. You will need to accept all the PayRewards terms and conditions to be eligible to receive your PayRewards Points.

Step 4

Once registered to the platform, PayRewards Points will be allocated within 45 days.

When you get your quote online, click on I have a promo code near the top of the quote page under your quoted premium price. This will open a pop-up box where you must enter and apply the promo code REWARD in the allocated field.

If you get a quote over the phone, via webchat or at a branch, mention the promo code REWARD to your consultant to participate in the Offer^.

If you satisfy all the entry requirements, you’ll receive an email from nrma@edm.nrma.com.au after purchasing your business insurance policy. This email will contain a link to sign up to the pay.com.au rewards platform.

Complete the sign‑up process within 45 days of taking out your new policy or log in if you already have an account.

Important: Please use the same email address you used when purchasing your NRMA Business Insurance policy. If you already have an existing pay.com.au account then refer to the Important information section below.

Make sure your policy is paid and active
Once your policy has remained active and not been cancelled within 30 days of your first payment date, your 20,000 points should then become available within your pay.com.au account within 10 business days.

You can use your PayRewards Points through PayRewards Offer | Earn PayRewards Points through their flexible redemption options which include but are not limited to: Gift Cards, Experiences, Luxury Stays or the option to transfer to 16 airline and hotel partners.
